All HotFox Training Services are guaranteed to get you to your goals or we will train you for free until you do!
The HotFox Fitness 6 week challenge is a fantastic way to kick start and fast track your results from training and fully monitor progress along the way.
Includes:
- 2 x Personal training sessions a week with Belinda Evans
- Photo record of start and finish date
- Body measurements recorded and monitored
- Assessment of your start and finish weight
- Fitness test
- Food and fitness diary for you to keep records and dates
- Saturday Walking Club
- Full on-going support from Hot Fox Fitness
The HotFox Fitness 12 week challenge is similar to the 6 week challenge however for those who want to enjoy a longer and less intense duration.
Includes:

Couple or Buddy training is a fantastic way for a couple or a buddy to get fit together and have lots of fun competing against each other. With either 6 or 12 week challenges or casual training couples and buddy’s become HotFox’s together and have loads.
One-on-one sessions are available for those who:
- would like to know how to maintain their fitness and to revise their fitness to self manage in the future
- would like some guidelines
- want to experience a personal training session
- trial Hot Fox Fitness before making a health commitment to your schedule
What a fab way to get your pre baby body back in record time and of course be able to bring your baby with you. Hot Fox Fitness take you through some awesome exercise to kick off an get you back into shape… looking like a Foxy lady!
Similar to the 6 and 12 week challenges however this has a special price for mums with bubs. Belinda understands the mental, emotional and physical importance for new mums to exercise. It’s also a great opportunity to get out and about with bub!
Do you have a small group of friends, work colleagues, family members who’d like to keep fit in a fun and exciting way? HotFox Fitness Group Training is an awesome way to get fit and fabulous together. Instead of catching up with brekkies, dinners or calorie loaded lattes; why not invest in your health together , have a blast and save too!
Here’s your chance to “Crash” in on a group walk and workout session at New Farm Park, under the retunder – Saturday mornings at 7.30am
Enjoy a big walk before or after a big Saturday brekkie, walk and workout with old friends and meet new ones.
HotFox Fitness Saturday Walking Club is open for everyone - show up booked or unbooked and is great for people who:
- want to ease into exercise
- maintina their fitness
- those unable to perform hardcore exercise
- be social
- be active
- are on a tight budget
Walk and workout your way to fitness with motivation and guides from Belinda for only $10 a session.
Bookings are preferred however if you’re feeling impulsive you’re welcome to come along unbooked.
