- incorporate more protein and less carbs into your diet
- try eating from a smaller plate. Smaller pl ate = smaller portions
- drink less alcohol – save that for special occasions

- make sure you do incedental exercise such as clean your house, wash the dog, do some gardening, go walking with a friend
- take a bike ride somewhere new and maybe try some unexplored hills
- run up and down your stairs
- play with your kids, throw a Frisbee in the park
- move around more a work so your sitting down as much
